FRANK BOURQUE
Who is Frank?
Frank is an award-winning hardscape professional, speaker, writer, consultant, and entrepreneur with an extensive background in business. After 20 years as a contractor and having owned and managed multiple multi-million dollar companies with over 100 employees to manage, Frank now coaches full time internationally and speaks at some of the largest conferences and contractor events throughout the US and Canada. He has been part of the speaker line-up and host at events such as Hardscape North America, GIE Expo, Landscape Ontario Congress - Hardscape Live, many more and is involved in over 80 industry events per year.
He is the founder and host of the Landscape & Hardscape Business Success Summit, an online educational event which attracted more than twenty five thousand viewers, including 3200 participants. He also develops educational programs for many associations, including the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, Landscape Ontario and more. Frank has written articles for Land 8, the Landscape Architect Network, Lawn & Landscapes and the Hardscape Magazine. He is also a certified ICPI & NCMA instructor, Certified Landscape Horticultural Technician and trains trainers across North America.

- Founded the Landscape & Hardscape Business Summit, a virtual online yearly event which attracted more than 25,000 viewers and 3,200 participants in 2019.
- Speaks at over 80 industry events per year.

- When the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute committed to bring on a new program to assist with the workforce development initiative in the industry, Frank Bourque was hired as the expert and developer for the new ICPI Boot Camp Program.
- Host for the some of the largest, most attended demonstrations and industry events, such as Hardscape North America, GIE Expo and Landscape Ontario Congress Hardscape Live.
- Works with over 100 companies per year as a coach through executive coaching, peer groups, mastermind groups, team trainings and one on one coaching.
- Successful entrepreneur for 20 years. Previously a landscape, hardscape and pool business owner for over 15 years owning multiple million dollar companies. Frank also overlooked and lead his team reaching over 110 employees at one point.
